Camprodon Valley is ideal for a family getaway. Several companies offer guided tours for children so they learn how shepherds lived in the past, or tours where they will hear old legends for fun. And if your children are feeling more adventurous, they can also go horse- or pony-riding or safely start practising adventure activities and sports.

Ski resort Vallter 2000 is less than a 20 minutes' drive from Hotel Camprodon.
Vallter 2000 has 18 slopes and 11 lifts, more than 19km of descent, and can combine alpine skiing with ski ascent. This is a family-oriented ski resort, with a great variety of services and activities for all ages and levels of skiers. Located in a circle of mountains exceeding 2,800m, the base station is at 2,000 meters, in Vallter.
Ripollès region is perfect for hiking. Itinerànnia is a network of 2.500km marked trails. On the other hand, the GR11 is a path that crosses the Pyrenees from coast to coast –its difficulty is higher, as it goes through alpine terrain. Places like Vall de Nuria Coma de Vaca or Ulldeter and peaks as the Puigmal, Taga or Bastiments are some of the traditional ascents you can try from Hotel Camprodon.
The topography of Ripollès region is great for bike fans to try out tours of all levels: easy routes through the valleys of rivers Freser and Ter, or more complicated routes as the ascent to Puigmal peak, at almost 3,000 meters. Camprodon Valley allows cyclists to discover beautiful landscapes and enjoy incredible views from the highest peaks.
